The Canoe ERP Program gives members access to a roster of approved ERP solutions providers and implementers through one program. You can choose your software and pair it with an implementer, or engage an implementer first to advise on the right solution for your organization.

HOW IT WORKS
Define need
Define all the services that you need for your ERP modernization project:
Prepare your scope of work
To effectively engage a supplier and obtain a project plan and pricing, you should prepare a detailed scope of work. You may use the Canoe ERP Scope of Work tool as a guide.
Choose ERP software(s) and implementers
Define your selection process, which may include one or more ERP solutions and implementers. Engage with the suppliers directly to discuss your needs, obtain a proposal and pricing, and select a solution.
Finalize agreements
Finalize scope and pricing, negotiate and execute agreements, and issue purchase order.

Who is this program for?
It is for any Canoe member planning an ERP replacement, licence renewal, upgrade, or modernization.
Can we use this program instead of running our own RFP?
Yes. You can rely on Canoe’s compliant process while still meeting your trade treaty obligations.
I am already working with a consultant. Can I still use Canoe's contracts?
Yes.

How long does an ERP implementation take?
Duration varies based on scope, modules, complexity, and internal capacity. It can be anywhere between 8-18 months or more for complex implementations and larger entities.
