🌐 Virtual Event

Most people understand the importance of self-care. The challenge is knowing what self-care actually looks like for you.

This interactive webinar moves beyond generic self-care tips and explores practical ways to improve well-being, resilience, and performance. Participants will examine their current habits, identify areas of focus, and develop a personalized self-care action plan that aligns with their individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

Research consistently shows that intentional self-care can improve physical health, strengthen mental and emotional well-being, enhance relationships, reduce the risk of burnout, and increase productivity and focus.

Through guided exercises, reflection activities, and peer-to-peer learning, participants will leave with a customized self-care inventory, practical strategies, and meaningful commitments that support both personal well-being and workplace performance.

PART OF A COMPREHENSHIVE SERIES

This upcoming session will be the fourth of four sessions Quinn Advisory Group and Canoe Benefits will present in 2026, all designed to strengthen workplace mental health strategies.

All sessions are eligible for CPHR CPD hours
